1) Everything is turned on right away in the mod; you don't need to use the patcher or developer settings to adjust Shasta fixes or other options. You will need to erase the data if you modify any of the developer's parameters that are shown in the modification settings. This will prevent you from adjusting the settings using the mod settings.
